- You will be sent a ViTel Bluetooth-enabled remote monitoring medical device.
- Training and Support: ViTel health coach will provide training and support to help you become familiar with ViTel’s new RPM device and platform, and provide continual assistance to ensure a smooth transition and optimal usage of ViTel’s RPM system.
- Returning your old device: Once you have your new ViTel RPM device set up, simply drop off the old device at the Maxwell office to avoid paying the monthly fee for your old device. The Maxwell Physician Group can accept your old device at the following address:
